QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

“Distress in corporate and non-profit teams or in the executives that lead those teams is absolutely not necessary. We know how to fix it. It’s just that creating an inspiring and productive business environment asks a lot of us. We have to be gutsy, tell the truth, be fully present, and use the best communication tools.  My passion is to guide people through this process, with compassion and fierce dedication to success, so they can achieve challenging goals and sustain that success.  I love it when Executives and Teams tell me this work has changed them so deeply that they will never go back to their old way of doing things.”
